Consulting
Our consulting services can help you with the initial theme development of your wedding, researching and finding the right vendors, planning your budget and much more. We have the experience and will share all of our resources and lists of vendors with you.
Each consulting session takes 1.5-2 hours and includes a personalized wedding package for you to take home.
Consulting Pricing:
Pricing is $100 for the first hour and $25 for every hour thereafter.
Wedding Day Coordination
This option is perfect for those who want to plan their entire wedding but would like a professional on-site the day of the wedding to ensure that everything runs smoothly. A wedding coordinator will ensure that both the bride and groom along with their family and friends can fully enjoy the wedding without having to worry about any of the details.
We come equipped with an emergency kit to respond to any potential crisis and will be there to meet and speak with all of the vendors who are part of the wedding day.
Services Includes:
- A FREE initial consultation with you prior to the Wedding Day, to develop timelines and the flow of the day
- Coordinator at your Rehearsal
- Coordinator & an Assistant at your Ceremony, Photo Shoot and Reception for up to 10 hours
Wedding Day Coordination Pricing:
Wedding Day Coordination fees are $800
*Weddings larger than 200 guests will require an additional cost.
Full Wedding Coordination
Your wedding coordinator will be with you throughout the entire wedding planning process to ensure your dream wedding comes to life.
A professional Wedding Coordinator will help you develop your personalized theme and will assist you in ensuring that every detail is planned to perfection and will help you to stay within your budget and to ensure that the wedding is a sincere reflection of both of your styles and personalities. You can rest assured that our skills and experience will ensure that your wedding day is a huge success.
Coordination Services include:
A complete detailed Wedding Planning Timeline, Budget Planning, Development of personalized theme, Researching Vendors, Coordinating with and Securing Vendors, Guidance throughout the entire planning process including attending all appointments with you as required, Planning and attendance at Rehearal, Planning and execution of entire Wedding Day along with an assistant.
Full Wedding Coordination Fees:
Full Wedding Coordination would be calculated at 10% of the total Wedding budget that we assist you with.
